Tatas’ online retail platform Tata Cliq is likely to be integrated with Tata Neu super app and made a subsidiary of Tata Digital as the group seeks to consolidate its major ecommerce ventures under this entity, officials close to the development told ET. Tata Cliq has exited the consumer electronics category, which formed 50-55% of its business, and its consumer electronics, smartphones and appliances division has been integrated with Croma, Tatas’ flagship consumer electronics retail chain, officials said. TikTok, the popular video app, is again in the crosshairs of US officials, with a high-ranking regulator and a group of lawmakers taking aim at national security concerns the Chinese-owned service may pose. Earlier this week, Federal Communications Commissioner Brendan Carr, a Republican appointed during former President Donald Trump's administration, revealed that he had asked Apple and Google to remove TikTok from their app stores. The reason: the app collects data from users that poses risk to America's national security. "It is not just an app for sharing funny videos or memes," read Carr's letter to Apple CEO Tim Cook and Google CEO Sundar Pichai. "That's the sheep's clothing." Google declined to comment. Halo Infinite’s campaign co-op preview kicks off in July
Halo Infinite developer 343 Industries is finally going to kick off a public test of its long-awaited network campaign co-op mode in July, the developer announced Thursday ( via Polygon ). The studio is also planning to test the ability to replay campaign missions, which wasn’t in the game at launch . The beta for both features is targeted to take place from July 11th to July 22nd, according to a press email sent to The Verge . If you own the campaign portion of Halo Infinite or are an active Xbox Game Pass member, you can participate by signing up as a Halo Insider . On Xbox, you’ll also need the Xbox Insider app . If you’ve already played Halo Infinite’s campaign, anything you’ve accomplished won’t transfer over.
