Democrat South Carolina U.S. Senate candidate Krystle Matthews, who serves as a state representative, appeared to advocate for “sleeper” Republican candidates and funding campaigns with illegal dope money in what is claimed to be a leaked call. Made public by Project Veritas, the audio appears to feature Matthews discussing with an inmate the possibility of changing politics from the inside by having Democrats run as Republicans. “We need some secret sleepers. Like you need, we need them to run as the other side, even though they for our side. And we need them to win,” she said on the call. “We need people to run as Republicans in these local elections,” she appeared to argue. “This is the only way you’re gonna change the dynamics in South Carolina.” Matthews later stated a belief these “sleepers” could “wreak havoc” on the inside. “When we get enough of us in there, we can wreak havoc for real from the inside out,” she said. “Then we can flip some shit from the inside … [Read more...] about SC Senate Dem Candidate Pushes ‘Sleeper’ Republicans in Leaked Call

Dem Sen. Murphy: Senate Gun Bill Getting GOP Support Paves ‘the Way for Even More’
On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “All In,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) stated that Republican senators supporting the Senate gun legislation over opposition from the NRA “sort of paves the way for even more progress in the future, now that we have broken this logjam.” And “That’s maybe the legacy of the bill in the long run.” Murphy stated, “[F]or 30 years in Washington, the NRA got everything they wanted, and if the NRA opposed a bill, it was essentially dead letter. That’s not the case any longer and that is because, over time, citizens have organized, and especially in the wake of Uvalde, when senators went home, they heard loud and clear from their constituents that this time, doing nothing could not be an option. The fear and the anxiety was just palpable in this country. So, yes, the NRA is opposed to this bill and there are going to be somewhere between 15 and 20 Republican senators that are going to vote for it, which I think sort of paves the way for even more progress in … [Read more...] about Dem Sen. Dem Rep. Torres: GOP, Trump ‘Planned’ January 6 ‘Day One After His First Election’
Representative Norma Torres (D-CA) claimed Wednesday on MSNBC’s “José Díaz-Balart Reports” that Republican lawmakers and former President Donald Trump had been planning January 6, 2021 since “day one” after his first election in 2016. Torres said, “Yesterday’s testimony was another gut punch to every single one of us who was on that balcony face down crawling our way through rows and rows of seats to safety with, you know, hardly any officers in sight. And for me, as a former 911 dispatcher listening to those radio traffic of officers screaming, you know, asking for help through that entire ordeal, what that tells me is that every one of those Republicans that have been identified and the leadership, the GOP leadership in Congress and in the Senate knew about it. There were in on it. They knew that the president was trying to force his way into staying another four years.” She added, “More and more to me — it appears that this was something planned from day one after his first … [Read more...] about Dem Rep. Dem Rep. Chu: Hold Accountable Senators who Say They’re Pro-Choice But Voted Against ‘Pro-Abortion’ Legislation
On Wednesday’s edition of NBC’s “MTP Now,” Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA) stated that Republicans in the Senate who say they’re pro-choice should be held accountable for not supporting the “pro-abortion” Women’s Health Protection Act. Chu stated, “Well, we actually passed it out of the House on a vote of 218-211 and it was the most supported pro-abortion bill passed in the history of Congress. So, I believe that those votes will hold. And I do have to say that we must note that the Senate vote was close. It was 49-51, and we should really hold accountable those two senators that are Republican that say that they are pro-choice. They could have cast their vote for it, and we need to hold them accountable.” Follow Ian Hanchett on Twitter @IanHanchett … [Read more...] about Dem Rep. Pinkerton: Biden: Carter 2.0 or Obama 2.0?
When I last checked in on the Main Stream Media and Joe Biden, the MSM was happily running interference for him, denying, for example, that the 46th president was anything like the 39th president, that disastrous Democratic one-termer Jimmy Carter. However, as Biden’s approval rating keeps falling –even as inflation keeps rising –the MSM is giving up on its man, conceding that yeah, he is a lot like Carter. Yet now there’s another parallel looming: between Biden and the 44th president, Barack Obama. But first, let’s catch up with Biden=Carter. The 46th and the 39th Here’s a story in the June 5 Politico , informing us, “Morale inside 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. is plummeting amid growing fears that the parallels to Jimmy Carter , another first-term Democrat plagued by soaring prices and a foreign policy morass, will stick.” [emphasis added] Ouch! And here’s another one from the June 2 Boston Globe , headlined, “From stagflation to the ‘misery … [Read more...] about Pinkerton: Biden: Carter 2.0 or Obama 2.0?
