Democrat South Carolina U.S. Senate candidate Krystle Matthews, who serves as a state representative, appeared to advocate for “sleeper” Republican candidates and funding campaigns with illegal dope money in what is claimed to be a leaked call. Made public by Project Veritas, the audio appears to feature Matthews discussing with an inmate the possibility of changing politics from the inside by having Democrats run as Republicans. “We need some secret sleepers. Like you need, we need them to run as the other side, even though they for our side. On Wednesday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “All In,” Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) stated that Republican senators supporting the Senate gun legislation over opposition from the NRA “sort of paves the way for even more progress in the future, now that we have broken this logjam.” And “That’s maybe the legacy of the bill in the long run.” Murphy stated, “[F]or 30 years in Washington, the NRA got everything they wanted, and if the NRA opposed a bill, it was essentially dead letter. That’s not the case any longer and that is because, over time, citizens have organized, and especially in the wake of Uvalde, when senators went home, they heard loud and clear from their constituents that this time, doing nothing could not be an option. Representative Norma Torres (D-CA) claimed Wednesday on MSNBC’s “José Díaz-Balart Reports” that Republican lawmakers and former President Donald Trump had been planning January 6, 2021 since “day one” after his first election in 2016. On Wednesday’s edition of NBC’s “MTP Now,” Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA) stated that Republicans in the Senate who say they’re pro-choice should be held accountable for not supporting the “pro-abortion” Women’s Health Protection Act. Chu stated, “Well, we actually passed it out of the House on a vote of 218-211 and it was the most supported pro-abortion bill passed in the history of Congress. So, I believe that those votes will hold. And I do have to say that we must note that the Senate vote was close. It was 49-51, and we should really hold accountable those two senators that are Republican that say that they are pro-choice. When I last checked in on the Main Stream Media and Joe Biden, the MSM was happily running interference for him, denying, for example, that the 46th president was anything like the 39th president, that disastrous Democratic one-termer Jimmy Carter.
