The first Monster Hunter game for the Switch has finally arrived. Generations Ultimate may not be quite as beginner-friendly as World, but if you’re already a fan of the series, you’ll find it’s a glossy port of the classic formula. By Sahir Palijo Published: August 4, 2018 0 SHARES Share Tweet Email The reason why I am so excited to watch this flick is that we get to see Godzilla take on King Ghidorah the way it was meant to be. It was in October 2015, after the release of Godzilla (2014), when Legendary Entertainment announced its plan to create a shared universe franchise which will feature famous monsters like Godzilla, King Kong, King Ghidorah, Mothra and Rodan. The fight for battle royale supremacy has entered a new arena, with both PUBG Mobile and Fortnite Mobile vying for a bigger piece of the mobile gaming pie. Both games are still in early access (in fact Fortnite Mobile doesn’t even have an Android release date), but there are some key differences between the two biggest battle royale titles for mobile devices. Of course, a comparison between Fortnite Mobile vs PUBG Mobile can’t definitively say which game is better, since many of the differences are stylistic. Both games are great, and judging by the rate at which they are updated, the best is yet to come. Visual style Both Fortnite Mobile and PUBG Mobile are faithful recreations of their PC counterparts, and that includes their distinct visual styles.Tencent’s Lightspeed and Quantum Studios have simplified the realistic graphics of Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds for the mobile version, but the essence is still there. The characters, map, and guns are all … [Read more...] about Fortnite Mobile vs PUBG Mobile: Ten differences between the two biggest battle royales
The first U.S. Apple vs Samsung battle has ended in late August, with a surprisingly bitter defeat for the South Korean Android maker – surprising not because Samsung was found to infringe on certain Apple patents, but because of the nature of the total Samsung defeat. Samsung was found to willfully infringe on 6 from its 7 patent claims Apple brought to this battle against its rival and was awarded $1.05 billion in compensatory damages. Meanwhile, the jury found Apple not to infringe any of Samsung’s patents, including the FRAND, or standards essential, ones.Sure, the fight is not yet over as the two companies are still duking it out in over 50 cases spread across 4 continents, and there are plenty more battles to be fought until we find a real winner, including at least one more U.S. case – although we’re probably see the two giants settle sooner or later even though that’s not an option right now. And sure, Samsung will appeal this particular decision, … [Read more...] about Why the Apple vs Samsung $1 billion verdict is correct and should stand
