The growth momentum of Indian IT services industry is likely to slow down in the near to mid term as macroeconomic headwinds trigger lower discretionary IT spends, ICRA said. Ratings agency ICRA sees lower hiring by the IT service companies in the near term given that excess capacities were added in FY2022 and expects moderation in demand compared to previous fiscals amid macroeconomic headwinds. Indian IT services companies have witnessed a moderation in growth in the last two quarters in constant currency terms owing to the base effect and evolving macroeconomic headwinds in key markets of the US and Europe . Due to these headwinds, the decision-making towards discretionary IT spending has seen a slight deferment, while the cost optimisation deals continue to generate stable demand, it noted. Apple has drastically cut prices of iPhone 14 models by up to $125 (850 yuan) in China to boost sales after it reported revenue decline in the holiday quarter, the media reported. According to South China Morning Post , Apple's online stores on e-commerce platform JD.com showed a markdown of 800 yuan for iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models, with an additional 50 yuan off if the buyer became a member of the online store. That works out to a 10.6 percent discount on the 7,999 yuan price of the 128-GB iPhone 14 Pro. Photos of the incoming drone, which will likely succeed DJI's current entry-level Mini SE, have just shared on Twitter by the reliable @DealsDrone (opens in new tab) and @JasperEllens (opens in new tab) . The images show an almost identical drone to the Mini SE, bar one crucial addition – compatibility with the newer DJI RC-N1 controller.
