The phone starts with a very limited global distribution and with ridiculously high prices for non-US customers. posted on 06 Oct 2016, 04:27 4 2. fancollo (Posts: 130; Member since: 30 Dec 2015) absolutely agreed. posted on 06 Oct 2016, 05:33 3 6. TerryTerius (unregistered) I'm not necessarily sure that's a bad thing since google really needs to figure out their approach to hardware and exactly what their role will be in the market, but I definitely agree with your assessment. It's difficult to see this being competitive on the world stage. posted on 06 Oct 2016, 05:55 1 8. vincelongman (Posts: 5283; Member since: 10 Feb 2013) Yep, Google is still young in terms of design their own hardware 14. They would still be making more money per phone sold than most Android OEMs and they still sell more iPhones than any single Android model. I want to access my music library via the cloud to save space and not store it on my device, but I have to pay Apple $24.99 for iTunes Match to do that. With Android you can use Google Play Music and do it for free.
