In today’s digital age, the biggest differentiator for success is often the customer experience. Many customers are no longer loyal to a company based on brand image, product offerings or even price. In the end, how the consumer reflects on their interactions could be the biggest factor that influences whether they come back or not.Companies are expected to offer a personalised service, via multiple channels, whenever and wherever customers want it. On top of this, there is constant pressure to deliver and one bad experience is enough to drive a customer away and into the arms of the competition. With the stakes being this high, it’s no surprise that the issue of customer experience is now a major talking point in many boardrooms across the world. Senior decision makers are considering the various processes they can put in place to improve the quality of their customer service and how they can use that improved experience to turn customers into advocates. Here are … [Read more...] about The AI-transformed customer experience – how does it actually work?
Does quick fix work
A swift congressional fix to end the detention of thousands of young children by federal authorities is not currently in the works, according to senior aides in both parties, despite days of fresh reports about the plight of families being separated after illegally crossing the U.S.-Mexico border. Separating families at the border: How we got here With no resolution in sight and national concern growing for the plight of children separated from parents, "We're all going to be embarrassed by this," said a senior House aide, who added that informal back-channel conversations are ongoing among aides in both parties about possibly finding a resolution or working to convince the White House to reverse its family separation policy. Currently just one piece of legislation to force the reunion of immigrant families is on the table. The bill by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-California, would bar the administration from separating families and allow them to stay together while parents are … [Read more...] about Congress has no quick fix in the works for separation of undocumented families
Just a week ago, Consumer Reports released its initial review of Tesla Model 3, the car that CEO Elon Musk bills as an electric “for the masses.” Despite the “exhilarating acceleration” and impressive handling, the well-respected, review-focused magazine reported “flaws—big flaws—such as long stopping distances in our emergency braking test and difficult-to-use controls.” As a result, the magazine’s testers said they could not recommend the Model 3—a serious blow to a luxury carmaker that prides itself on its safety record. Nine days later, Consumer Reports has updated its review to give the Model 3 its recommendation. What changed? Over the weekend, Tesla pushed out an over-the-air software update, one that the carmaker says tweaked the calibration of the vehicle’s anti-lock braking algorithm. That cut the vehicle’s 60 mph stopping distance a whole 19 feet, to 133, about average for a luxury compact sedan. Six … [Read more...] about Tesla’s Quick Fix For Its Braking System Came from the Ether

Will this prevent my phone from destroying SD cards? -_- posted on 16 Aug 2011, 16:03 0 3. dlight2 (unregistered) I updated to Gingerbread and have had a few issues...but nothing more serious or frequent than I had with Froyo. The biggest issue I've had since the update is losing my data connection regularly. I could only reconnect after rebooting the phone. I've never had an SD card issue in the year I've owned my X. I think a lot of what people see as a Gingerbread issue is really a problem with an app or apps that are funky. Obviously something was up with 2.3 tho since they are addressing some issues with this fix. posted on 16 Aug 2011, 20:20 0 4.
