Hi a friend's dad has an Optiplex 775 that he basically uses for common stuff, like web and emails only. I would like to upgrade the CPU. I currently use a Dell Optiplex 9020 and I have been looking to upgrade it with a graphics since my PC plays on intergrated graphics.
