That has to be a pure guess on that persons part. Consumers are TIRED of MAIL-IN REBATES!!!!! Customers LOVE the way BEST BUY MOBILE does buisness because they put the Customer First. Maybe if the corporate stores figure this out then they would not have to worry about folks going to Best Buy Mobile for better pricing. Find me one Customer that will say "Oh I just love waiting on my Mail-In Rebate!". posted on 16 Dec 2010, 09:47 2 16. howdy (unregistered) the point is that you will lose customer service … [Read more...] about Comments for : Verizon yanks Motorola DROID Pro and Motorola Droid 2 Global from Best Buy, too cheap

I work for sprint directly and because of best buy and radioshack sprint and every carrier they sell tmobile att and verizon lose customer on a daily basis. They have poor customer service do not know what they are selling and as soon as the phone is ut the door and customer comes back with a problem they send them to a corporate store. Yes you get instant rebate but how much money are you wasting driving around from store to store to fix the problems they did. (Dunn added that Best Buy has a promise to make sure that his professionals put everything together to make sure that consumers smartphones are all ready when the customer leaves the store.) This line is total b.s. I know I manager for best buy mobile who said that his regional manager told them all not to transfer contacts even though they can send them to corporate store so they donot waste time … [Read more...] about Comments for : Cell phone sales lead to big Q2 for Best Buy
