What just happened? Capcom's long-awaited remake of Resident Evil 2 is nearly here. Those interested in getting a feel for the game ahead of the January 25 launch date can try out the new 1-Shot demo for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Fortunately, the clock stops whenever you are in a menu, giving you time to thoroughly investigate any items you pick up and check your map. At the end of the demo, regardless of whether or not you successfully complete it, you’ll … [Read more...] about Capcom drops ‘1-Shot’ demo for Resident Evil 2 remake

The Capcom Pro Tour (the initial sponsor) wrapped up on December 16th, so there might not be much reason to show promos in the near term. Ono also suggested that Capcom was looking to "improve" the feature. That could mean scaling back the ads rather than shutting them off entirely. This might not be a victory against ads so much as a momentary reprieve. … [Read more...] about Capcom pulls in-game ads from ‘Street Fighter V’
