French Activists File Criminal Complaint Against ‘Transphobic’ Feminists
Three French LGBT activist groups have filed a criminal complaint against feminists Dora Moutot and Marguerite Stern [pictured, above] over comments on allowing transgenders into women’s-only spaces, such as bathrooms. The complaint revolves around a manifesto co-authored by Moutot and Stern, who are both well-known feminists critical of the transgender movement in France and make their views known on their own blogs. The associations STOP homophobia, Mousse and Famille LGBT+ released a statement Tuesday indicating that they had filed a criminal complaint against the pair for “insults and public provocations to hatred or violence” against transgender people. The groups listed several passages from the manifesto including one which states, “Why should trans women’s fear of being mocked in men’s bathrooms take precedence over women’s fear of being raped? … Of course, not all trans people are predators, but we are forced to be wary because transgenderism can be instrumentalized … [Read more...] about French Activists File Criminal Complaint Against ‘Transphobic’ Feminists

Sunak’s Northern Ireland Deal Passes Despite Brexiteer Opposition
LONDON (AP) – British lawmakers voted overwhelmingly Wednesday in favor of Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s deal with the European Union to rewrite the rules on Northern Ireland trade. The House of Commons voted 515-29 to back a key portion of the agreement, which is designed to resolve a thorny trade dispute that vexed U.K.-EU relations and triggered a political crisis in Belfast. But Sunak faced a rebellion by about 20 fellow Conservatives, including his two immediate predecessors. Former prime ministers Boris Johnson and Liz Truss had both said they would vote against the deal. Johnson, who led Britain out of the EU in 2020, said the deal was “not acceptable” because it kept some EU laws in operation in Northern Ireland, restricting the U.K.’s ability to diverge from the bloc’s rules and “take advantage of Brexit.” A hard-Brexit group of Conservative Party lawmakers known as the European Research Group also said it opposed the deal. The Commons vote today was the last throw … [Read more...] about Sunak’s Northern Ireland Deal Passes Despite Brexiteer Opposition
BreachForums says it will shut down following owner’s arrest
It seems as if Breach Forums is going down with its captain, after all. The administrator that succeeded their now-arrested predecessor confirmed that they would be shutting the site down and starting from scratch. The decision was made after they suspected law enforcement accessed the founder’s device, practically compromising the entire operation. Last week, the FBI arrested a person suspected to be “Pompompurin”, the founder and super-admin of Breached Forums, an underground forum where hackers and cybercriminals shared intelligence, malware (opens in new tab) , and spoils of their craft. The person, legal name Conor Brian Fitzpatrick, is currently out on bail, pending trial. He has been accused of conspiracy to commit access device fraud. In the meantime, a person with the alias “Baphomet” took over the forums. The initial idea was to keep the site operational. However, in their final update on Telegram, Baphomet explained that someone accessed Pompompurin’s device and … [Read more...] about BreachForums says it will shut down following owner’s arrest
