Recently, Musk said that the social media company will publish a tweet recommendation code in a month and now he's back with some more information on the same. Musk tweeted on Tuesday (January 17) that if Twitter users like trashing accounts that they hate, they will now be shown more of those accounts on Twitter. It seems Elon Musk is getting what he wanted: advertising on Twitter. The company owner has been working to woo advertisers to turn the fortunes of the company after he bought it for a whopping $44 billion. As per a report, a number of media companies are planning content sponsorship deals on the social media giant. Citing a schedule of events shared with ad partners, Axios reports that Twitter is planning to run content sponsorship deals with more than three dozen news outlets, media companies and sports leagues in the first half of this year. According to a report by CNBC, Twitter now has just 1,300 full-time employees. Twitter’s trust and safety team — responsible for keeping users ‘safe’ — now has less than 20 full-time employees working. Interestingly, the report mentions that internal records suggest that Twitter still has 1,400 ‘non-working’ employees.
