It’s clear that if there’s anything you love more than your team, it’s criticizing the media on behalf of your team. And while I don’t think all of the wild claims of intentional bias and willful exclusion are founded, I can assure you that the complaints about the perceived lack of A’s coverage on screens, TVs, and airwaves are being registered by myself and my peers. It’s coming through loud and clear. And without conceding the point to you, let me say this: I empathize with your perceived plight. These A’s are young, outrageously likable, and they play as entertaining a brand of baseball as I’ve seen in a few years. By Hunter Atkins, Houston Chronicle Published 8:26 pm, Monday, May 7, 2018 OAKLAND, Calif. – Athletics general manager David Forst presented Astros outfielder Josh Reddick with his A's 50th Anniversary Team jersey on the field before Monday's game. Athletics fans voted for the honorees. Reddick felt honored to be named to a team that included legends Reggie Jackson, Rollie Fingers and Dave Stewart. "When you're in a category with people like that, it makes you feel good inside," Reddick said. After three unremarkable seasons with the Red Sox, Reddick bloomed in 2012 and played in Oakland until the A's traded him to the Dodgers in 2016. "I don't think I go anywhere if I don't begin here," Reddick said, inside the visitor's clubhouse at the Coliseum. He doubted his career would have turned out well without the trade to the A's. "No," he said. "This is where my name was made. I was in a trade with Boston. I come over here to a team that wasn't supposed to do anything and … [Read more...] about A’s fans vote Astros’ Josh Reddick to 50th Anniversary Team
By Al Saracevic Updated 2:26 pm, Tuesday, May 1, 2018 NBA superstar Russell Westbrook made it clear the other day that he’s sick and tired of fans mouthing off at games. Warriors superstar Draymond Green has his back. The outspoken and controversial Green, who gets plenty of grief from opposing fans on the road, had plenty to say on the topic after a team shootaround Tuesday. “I saw Russell’s comments. And I heavily, strongly agree with them,” said Green. “I don’t mind fans coming to the games and cheering. At the end of the day, that’s how we make our salaries. That’s how we provide for our families.” “Hell, I don’t even mind someone getting a little out of line. That’s just part of sports,” said Green. “But, to Russell’s point, some of the things people say, they wouldn’t say to me if I was just walking up the street. If they were standing face-to-face with me, and weren’t … [Read more...] about Warriors’ Green on Westbrook’s fan comments: “I heavily, strongly agree with them’

The closer your phone is to base android, and the better the specs, the faster you'll get your software updates. posted on 13 Jan 2011, 17:25 0 5. … [Read more...] about Comments for : One more handset runs Android 2.4, is it an improved Nexus S?
