The brothers reflected on their blockbuster being so close to matching “Avatar’s” all-time box office record and even fielded questions from some unlikely fans. “Avengers” stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo and Paul Rudd grilled their directors via video message on everything from who is the smartest Avenger to what Captain America did after completing his big task in “Endgame.” “By the way has, anyone not seen ‘Endgame?’” Joe Russo asked, as the crowd of 8,000 laughed. “If not you should leave now.” It was a mostly tongue-in-cheek question. It's going to launch in May 2020. You can preorder Avengers for $60 on Amazon. A few weeks ago, Square Enix revealed the Avengers game for Xbox One and other platforms. The title should launch on May 15, 2020 and features a number of heroes. Luckily, gameplay should be unveiled soon. After a horrific event leaves San Francisco in ruins, the Avengers have been disbanded. However, an even bigger evil threatens the planet five years later, and it's up to you to assemble the crew and save the world once again. Friday at Comic-Con International is all about “Game of Thrones.”The cast and creators will take over Hall H on July 19 for a victory lap after the final season. The hit HBO show typically has a big showing on Saturday, along with major studios and their famous movie stars, so its decision to use Friday really makes it the focus of the day. The latest Avengers movie is still powering through theaters but what happens next in the multi-billion dollar Marvel Cinematic Universe is a mystery. Marvel Studios typically announces its next crop of movies — which it calls “phases” — years in advance. The final movie in its third phase, “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” comes out in July and will be its 23rd film. After that, what’s next for the Disney-owned studio is unclear.Disney CEO Bob Iger said in a quarterly earnings call two weeks ago that Marvel will likely unveil its plans this summer. Also, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige has said in various interviews it will announce next plans shortly after the new Spider-Man comes out. This seems like a perfect opportunity in mid-July for Comic-Con to be the platform for Marvel Studios’ big announcement.
