It Takes a Village: 100+ NVIDIA MLOps and AI Platform Partners Help Enterprises Move AI Into Production
Building AI applications is hard. Putting them to use across a business can be even harder. Less than one-third of enterprises that have begun adopting AI actually have it in production, according to a recent IDC survey . Google’s ChatGPT rival ‘Bard’ is now in early access
The big picture: AI has been a topic of interest within the tech industry for several years, but the general population didn't get its first real taste of the technology until deep learning models like DALL-E, Stable Diffusion and Midjourney launched with the ability to generate strikingly lifelike images from text inputs. However, people truly grasped the power of AI last November when OpenAI launched ChatGPT to the public. While Google has been late to the AI game, many believe that Bard could be the only real competitor to ChatGPT in the near future. Google has opened public access to its conversational AI chatbot, Bard . The move comes a month and a half after the company unveiled the service and rolled it out to a handful of beta testers. With this week's wider rollout, users in the US and the UK will now be able to join a waitlist to check out its features and assess its abilities. Google said Bard can not only be used to boost productivity, but should also help users … [Read more...] about Google’s ChatGPT rival ‘Bard’ is now in early access
YouTuber purchased every Wii U and 3DS eShop game for $22,000
What just happened? Following Nintendo's announcement that the Wii U and 3DS eShops would shut down in March 2023, some gamers rushed to keep their favorite games available. However, one person took preservation to an entirely different level, purchasing every title on each console's eShop. Many customers were upset when Nintendo announced the unfortunate discontinuation of the Wii U and 3DS eShops. The shutdown meant users could no longer digitally purchase games and may only install ones that they had previously bought. While this might not sound too serious, both consoles have a massive "digital-only" library scheduled to close on March 27. Each console's Virtual Console catalog will no longer be available following the shutdown. Though some of these retro games have now found their way onto the Switch, most haven't. Nintendo's decision led Jirard Khalil, better known as "The Completionist," and his friends to perform a significant feat of gaming preservation. In a process … [Read more...] about YouTuber purchased every Wii U and 3DS eShop game for $22,000
Best Kodi XBMC streaming boxes of 2023: the best hardware for Kodi streaming
Kodi boxes, also known as Android TV boxes, are massively popular. The best models deliver 4K video to your TV and allow you unfettered access to audio and video streams of every format and service. If there's a better, more versatile piece of AV software out there, we've yet to see it. On top of giving you the capability to stream video and music files over a local network, the software also includes the ability to install add-ons to stream from almost any streaming service you could think of, including Amazon Prime Instant Video , Spotify and Netflix. One of the main selling points of Kodi is the fact that it’s supported by pretty much any platform you could think of, up to and including macOS, Android, Linux and Windows. The only real drawback we can think of is that Kodi doesn’t actually manufacture streaming boxes (no, the official Kodi Raspberry Pi case doesn't count), so you need to find your own device to run it on. Luckily, dozens of manufacturers the … [Read more...] about Best Kodi XBMC streaming boxes of 2023: the best hardware for Kodi streaming

When people think of the acclaimed developer Arkane Studios, stealth-action adventures like Dishonored or Deathloop probably come to mind. These kinds of "immersive sims" are known for letting players maneuver through a "clockwork world" where characters go about their daily lives and players complete larger, open-ended objectives. So it's a bit of a surprise to see the developers shifting to a more direct kind of looting and grinding-action RPG with the horror fantasy of Redfall . After spending time with a single-player preview build of Redfall , I could still make out some hints of Arkane’s signature open-ended style amid the vampire slaying. But it's still a noticeable shift from the bleak worlds of Prey and Dishonored , with a team of charismatic vampire hunters that bring the vibe of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer to the gameplay of Borderlands . Welcome to Redfall The titular town of Redfall has come down with a bad case of vampires and human cultists. Together, … [Read more...] about offers a compelling mix of

The evolution of modern technology has been great at offering new ways to simplify daily life and make mundane tasks more exciting. Once such act involves your teeth. Enter the smart electric toothbrush, an innovation with the potential to transform how you approach your oral health and hygiene. But how do you improve upon something as simple as brushing your teeth? It seems the standard toothbrush does the job fairly well and has been since its inception in the 15th century. However, when you break down the efficiencies that smart electric toothbrushes bring to the table, there are at least a handful of ways that owning one can completely transform your oral hygiene. The Omni QLED series is now also available in 43, 50, and 55 inches.
