Volgens een nieuwe iPhone 15 Pro leak gaat de aankomende smartphone een deel van het design verwijderen dat voorheen op elke iPhone aanwezig was: de mute-schakelaar. Mac Rumors (opens in new tab) heeft een video van de leaker ShrimpApplePro gespot op de Chinese versie van TikTok, waarin een aantal nieuwe 'CAD'-afbeeldingen (Computer-Aided Design) van de iPhone 15 Pro-serie te zien zijn. Deze video suggereert dat de Pro-modellen van de iPhone 15 een aantal grote veranderingen kunnen ondergaan als het gaat om de fysieke knoppen. Deze beelden ondersteunen ook eerdere geruchten die aangaven dat de next-gen smartphones de traditionele (losse) volumeknoppen zouden vervangen door één grote knop.
