Have you ever seen a bird sitting contently on a tree and wondered whether it will be afraid of the branch breaking? The bird in all likelihood doesn't have that fear because fundamentally it's trust doesn't lie in the branch — it lies in its wings. The fear of external factors and rather than trust in one's own capabilities often stifle innovation and creativity. Perhaps that's why Apple took a quantum leap of faith by launching its own silicon chip — called M1 — and with it a new range of MacBook devices. MacBook Air has been a perennial favourite with many but the M1 chip — as per Apple's claims — puts it on a higher pedestal. For almost three months, we have been using the M1 MacBook Air as our daily driver and we have gone back and forth on our views about the laptop.
