Vaccination programme against coronavirus is set to begin in the country from January 16. The government has announced the Co-WIN app to help citizens get themselves registered for the vaccine. Though the app is yet not functional, many have been asking questions like “how will i get vaccination information after registration.” The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India in a post on microblogging site Twitter has shared an update on the vaccination drive. Also Read: Co-WIN vaccine app: What you must know In the tweet, the Ministry says that after one gets himself/herself registered on Co-WIN app, he/she will receive an SMS on the registered mobile number confirming the registration. This will be followed by a second message mentioning the date, time and place for the first dose of vaccination. After this, citizens will receive a message for completion of vaccination and due date for the next vaccine. Lastly, a fourth and final message will be generated after completion of the second dose.
